This is in particular evident in Sweden which is one of the frontrunners towards a cashless society and will become cashless in March, 2023. Although money in the future will exist in a cashless society, but they have the potential of becoming smart in the future.
During the webinar you will be introduced to the newest research on the topic and a research model that seeks to explores when merchants will become digitatized.
Jonas Hedman, Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School
Jonas Hedman is an Associate Professor at the department of IT Managemant, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. His research covers topics such as business model evolution, payments, payment eco-system, digital traces, and business benefits of IT. He is currently working on the cashless society. He collaborates with firms such as NETS, Visma and Saxo Bank.
