About our sponsors

NC3 Politi

NC3 is the main national computer crime Unit in Denmark. It consists of different departments conducting traditional post mortem forensics, an online cybercrime and incident response section, and a department conducting investigations regarding serial molestation of children.

NC3 supports events for students such as Hack IT because it's important for us to show them that there could very well be a future for them in the police. We are always looking for new talents who have the competences to hack or investigate among other things. We are excited to welcome the forty participants at Hack IT on the 16th to 17th of November.

KMD loge

KMD is one of Denmark’s leading IT and software companies and we are a dynamic business with approximately 2500 employees. We invest heavily in Danish society, and each day Danish citizens make use of our systems. We like to call ourselves Denmark’s largest, funniest and most serious playground for IT talents. And we welcome all ideas no matter who presents them.

KMD is excited to support Hack IT and bring students, companies and real IT challenges closer together. We spend a lot of time in KMD listening to students’ fresh perspectives on today’s IT challenges and solutions. We’re convinced that the Hack IT will facilitate good networking opportunities for all participants. Good luck to all – and have fun!

Tryg

Tryg is one of the largest non-life insurance companies in the Nordic region with activities in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Tryg provides peace of mind and value for 3 million customers on a daily basis. Tryg is listed on NASDAQ Copenhagen and 60% of the shares are held by TryghedsGruppen smba. TryghedsGruppen, annually, contributes around DKK 600m to peace of mind purposes via TrygFonden.

As a financial company, Tryg has an increased focus on cyber security – partly due to the fact that we are governed by strict requirements by the FSA and the Danish Data Protection Agency and partly because Tryg offers cyber insurance products. We support Hack IT as we are aware that we are dependent on powerful IT security skills now, as well as in the future. An event like Hack IT contributes to an increased focus on these skills by enhancing the interest among the future generation.
